Introductory Sessions

All new students are required to complete three private introductory pilates sessions prior to booking any additional private or group classes. This allows us to work with you on your specific needs, paying close attention to any injuries or concerns at the start of your practice with us. We’ll conduct a posture analysis, ensure you are comfortable with the essentials of Pilates, and learn more about your goals.

Private Pilates Sessions

All levels can enjoy personalized, one-on-one attention from an instructor. This is your opportunity to tune into your body and develop proper mechanics, alignment, breathing, and core activation. with extensive training and certification in Pilates and a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement, I tailor each session to address your individual needs, ensuring safe and effective practice.

Private sessions are available by appointment, based on availability. If you don’t see the time you are hoping for on the booking page, please reach out directly. We may be able to accommodate you.

Semi-Private Pilates Classes

Weekly group classes are an affordable and fun way to improve your practice. We’ll focus on breathing and alignment, helping you develop awareness as you also develop your strength and flexibility.

Mat Classes have a maximum of 3 students per class and may incorporate additional equipment such as rings and balls.

Reformer Classes are semi-private, with a maximum of three students per class and may incorporate additional equipment such as rings, balls, blocks, or the box.
