Welcome Back to Reformer Pilates!

Our studio refresh allows for more space between clients, additional equipment options, and easier cleaning between sessions.

Our studio refresh allows for more space between clients, additional equipment options, and easier cleaning between sessions.

Our Las Cruces, New Mexico pilates studio has been reopened for just a couple of weeks for private and very small group reformer pilates classes, and it has been so nice to welcome people back to their pilates class routine!

As you may have noticed, it’s been a bit different in the studio since reopening. Here’s what we are doing to keep everyone safe and healthy

Wearing masks. While the current guidelines do not require wearing a mask during exercise, our instructors will always wear masks in the studio. You are welcome, but not required, to wear a face covering during your workout if you would like to do so—just be aware of your own ability to breathe, and stop if you are having any trouble drawing breath during your workout.

Physical distance. We typically use hands-on correction and help during a mat or pilates reformer and equipment class. If you prefer verbal assistance only, please let us know. We have also re-organized the studio so that in a small (no more than three people) group, there is enough distance between you to feel safe and comfortable.

Thorough cleaning and disinfecting. We’ve scheduled 20 minutes between sessions for sanitization and disinfection of all equipment with CDC-recommended cleaning products.

Staying home. Our staff remains committed to following all health guidelines and best practices as recommended by the CDC and the state of New Mexico. It’s our goal to stay healthy and safe! We’ve also asked all clients to sign a Covid Waiver. If you are feeling at all unwell, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled out of state (and yes, that includes trips to El Paso), you may return to the studio 7 days after your travel if you and/or any member of your family have not had any Covid-19 symptoms.

Zoomilates extended through August 31. We’ll have an online class available for those who prefer or need to stay home every Monday and Friday at 8:30AM.
