Our Studio
Natural Movement Pilates is a STOTT PILATES® certified studio offering a safe and effective, non-impact approach to a healthier you. We're passionate about helping you feel better, younger, and build a stronger, more capable body.
Using a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by Joseph Pilates, we integrate modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation into our Pilates practice.
Our Classes
Small Group Classes
Weekly group classes are a 55-Minute affordable and fun way to improve your practice. We’ll focus on breathing and alignment, helping you develop awareness as you also develop your strength and flexibility.
Mat Classes have a only 6 students per class and may incorporate additional equipment such as rings and balls.
Reformer Classes have only 6 students per class and may incorporate additional equipment such as rings, balls, blocks, or the box.
*All students new to the Pilates method will need to book a private introductory class prior to booking additional group classes. Unless you have at least 10 hours of experience with Pilates apparatus.
Private Sessions
All levels can enjoy these 55-Minute personalized, one-on-one attention from an instructor. This is your opportunity to tune into your body and develop proper mechanics, alignment, breathing, and core activation. with extensive training and certification in Pilates and a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement. Each session is tailored to address your individual needs, ensuring safe and effective practice.
Private sessions are available by appointment, based on availability. If you don’t see the time you are hoping for on the booking page, please reach out directly. We may be able to accommodate you.

Introductory Sessions
All students new to the Pilates method are required to complete a 55 minute private introductory Pilates session prior to booking any additional private or group classes.* Your first pair of Pilates socks are included!
*Unless you have at least 10 hours of experience with Pilates apparatus.

This session allows us to work with you on your specific needs, paying close attention to any injuries or concerns at the start of your practice with us to ensure you are comfortable with the essentials of Pilates, and learn more about your goals.

This package includes 4 introductory, 55 minute sessions which include a postural analysis and gait analysis. Your instructor will dedicate extra time and study to develop a comprehensive plan for your ongoing practice that meets your goals and needs. We also provide pilates socks to ensure stability during your workout, which are yours to keep. Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move around in, and bring a water bottle if you like.

If you are coming in for the very first time, please fill out our New Student Form and email it, or print and bring it to your first class.
